This is the truck that's easy to show off anywhere and looks great everywhere. This also has power steering, front disc brakes, and the C10's smooth trailing arm rear suspension now with a sway bar. So you have a superior package that fires up readily, runs smoothly, and is built for the long trips. The modern V8 means a modern four-speed automatic transmission with highway-friendly overdrive. It's all part of what you get on a custom build with less than 2,800 miles on it. In fact, even all the belts, wires, and hoses look fresh. But while the fuel-injected V8's technology is decades ahead of this C10, it was so expertly installed that it looks like the motor was in here from day one. This is an LS-based 5.3-liter Vortec borrowed from a much more modern GM truck. Under the hood there is an obvious upgrade.

And as you slip behind the wood and chrome steering wheel, and stare at the full white faced gauge upgrades, your senses get a tingle of performance. This custom restomod is out to keep you comfortable, and so there's great upgrades like cold-blowing R134a air conditioning, power windows, and a Jensen AM/FM/CD touchscreen receiver that runs everything from the subwoofer stereo system to the nicely integrated backup camera.

And you can tell they thought about Chevy muscle machine history, because when they built the custom armrest center console, they also made sure to leave room for the iconic horseshoe shifter. We especially like it on the late model bucket seats that are not only nicely bolstered, but also you get to power adjust yours to the ideal driving position. The exterior blue continues on the dash, tilt steering column, and door tops, and now its joined by a nice gray. The attention to detail continues on the inside. Even the real wood in the truck bed was selected to match this truck's bright personality. The details are awesome, too, like the SS badging in the grille, sport mirrors, and the Chevy bow tie emblems in the 17-inch torque thrust alloys. They even crafted a hint of spoiler into the tailgate, and it looks so well done you think it came that way from the factory.
